Maintenance Utility Worker
McMinnville Campus

Salary: $22,500-$24,000

Minimum Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent required. General experience in a related building, grounds or facility maintenance environment. Must have a valid state driver license.

General Function:


Employee in this position performs work in a variety of skilled maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatics, DDC, and related work as required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1) GENERAL

--Report to and follow oral and written instructions from the MSCC Maintenance Supervisor.
--Be on call on an emergency basis.
--Be able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees.
--Be able to exercise good judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions.
--Look for ways and makes suggestions to improve the maintenance & custodial services, including suggestions on ways to cut costs and quantity of repairs.
--Be knowledgeable of occupational safety & health regulations.
