The New Business Development Representative is responsible for developing new customer opportunities and driving sales for the Maverick Label brand. You are expected to represent the brand professionally by communicating the value of our product lines to prospective and existing customers alike, representing the core values and mission of the Maverick Label team, and meeting sales growth expectations.
Achieve sales growth for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Work with and take direction from sales and marketing leadership to drive consistent results.
Daily review of prospective account acquisition and engagement schedule(s).
Proactive prospect engagement; follow-up with all leads, lead sources, and account verticals.
Meeting and/or exceeding all individual and team sales goals; monthly, quarterly and annually.
Provide active new account management while delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain CRM database and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly activity/conversion reports.
Attend and actively participate in sales team meetings focused on sales targets and forecasts.
Set individual sales goals and actively support and work towards stated sales team goals.
Actively participate and contribute to sales team and company processes, team integration and collaboration to increase and optimize combined team efficiency.
