Job Description:

A Consultant on the Retirement Services team at Marsh & McLennan Agency works closely with clients to deliver exceptional consultative services in order to help companies achieve their long-term goals. In this role, the Consultant oversees client's retirement plan options to advise on plan design, providers, costs, investments, compliance and participant metrics.

What can you expect to do?
  • Apply your industry knowledge in order to service existing clients and secure new clients
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of Retirement plans including design features, service providers, costs, investments, compliance and participant behavior.
  • Prepare industry and competitor benchmarking data to analyze plan design and to develop objective recommendations that best fit the client's objectives
  • Engage in RFP activities to effectively plan, assess and make recommendations, on provider selection, investment strategy & development, and plan conversion to the client
  • Provide on-going/customized investment advisory service and support; problem resolution, plan design review, investment strategy, education, regulatory and legislative updates, etc.
  • Act as liaison between the client and their retirement plan service providers to achieve optimal results

What we look for:
  • A bachelor's degree and strong technical expertise in retirement plan design/administration including strong 403(b), 401(k), and pension knowled
  • Excellent communication skills, including advanced writing and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • LAH Licensure or commitment to achieving within 12 months of start date
  • Shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration Passion, Innovation, Accountability
  • CEBS or AIF® Certification highly desired
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65 or 66 licensure highly desired
