ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Tester/Junior Developer to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Description: We are currently seeking a detailed, communicative, and enthusiastic ServiceNow Tester/Junior Developer. The candidate will be responsible for requirements testing/validation, process design, defining support procedures and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow.
About the Job
Read and understand requirements and lead testing of requirements
Design tests and build test data
Plan and coordinate test scenarios
Perform non-functional requirements testing like usability, performance and scalability
Establish and document test procedures
Create project test documents such as a Requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Management Plans, and Test Summary Reports
Collaborate with development team to be a champion of quality across development lifecycle
Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing
Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies for ServiceNow development
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Required Skills:
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline
3+ years ServiceNow testing experience
2+ years ServiceNow development experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or ability to obtain a CSA certification
Experience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow
Experience working in an Agile project environment with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace
Experience creating testing documentation
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform, ITBM, GRC - a plus
Familiarity with Human Resources business processes - a plus
