Job Summary: Experience in supporting desktop computers and laptops, both in person and/or with remote access Experience in supporting Windows 10 operating system. Experience in supporting software in a Enterprise environment. List of Applications, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Reader, all major web browsers, printing. Experience in Mac OS, and iOS, a plus Experience in applications and settings for Android and Apple phones a plus. Strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructures. Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Education/Experience: Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high ticket volume environment Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines; a self-starter.
