Cognizant is seeking a Digital Studios Talent Sourcer to support explosive growth across our Digital Business in North America. The Talent Sourcer will identify the brightest digital talent, with the most diverse backgrounds, who can passionately effect digital transformation for Cognizant’s dynamic clients. This individual will utilize a hands-on approach to source digital transformation candidates across a variety of channels, leverage outstanding communication skills to generate interest amongst passive candidates, conduct interviews over video/phone, develop, organize and maintain active talent pipelines, and collaborate with our Digital Business Studio Recruiters. Partner with senior Studio Recruiters to service strategic and tactical talent needs
Demonstrate an ownership mentality, move quickly, and execute sourcing plans
Quickly learn new digital technologies while incorporating knowledge into applicable search strategies
Research and gather talent market intelligence while organizing candidate outreach, referral generation, diversity recruitment events, and pipelining efforts
Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media campaigns, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, Boolean searches etc.)
Craft and send recruitment messages with the goal of a high candidate response rate
Track candidate activity in our ATS (Taleo) and share status with internal stakeholders
Contact internal employees and partners for relevant candidate referrals
Educate, excite and sell candidates on Cognizant’s Digital Business career architecture
Drive positive candidate experiences throughout our interview process with transparent communication at every step
Desired Experience and Attributes
Bachelor’s degree required.
Over all 2 – 3 years of experience.
1 – 2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
Experience working with job boards including but not limited to Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.
Extrovert with superb verbal communication skills and high relatability factor
Positive/Can-do attitude with an entrepreneurial streak
Ability to analyze, forecast and execute recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.
Passion for digital transformation within a diverse work environment
Ability to work in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment juggling multiple priorities while remaining focused on measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated knowledge of various applications including Microsoft Office Suite
