Our LODGE KOHLER team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Join our dedicated maintenance team, where you'll help nurture and preserve the unique beauty and charm of all corners of our action-packed hotel.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and service for specified equipment, machinery, and systems throughout the facility.
Perform, or request from supervisor, assistance in providing, all emergency and routine maintenance work scheduled from preventative maintenance inspection results, weekly job lists, or upon request of a Hospitality business manager.
Monitor assigned external areas of the facility for safe and functional use by patrons.
Monitoring the building for guest safety, along with assisting security at times for building walkthroughs.
Participate in training programs to develop skills, knowledge, and background as it pertains to Lodge Kohler.
Maintain accurate preventative maintenance inspection reports, work schedules, backlog, and completed work order reports.
Recommend ordering of maintenance spare parts and materials for repairs and/or inventory.
Maintain storage areas in an orderly manner in compliance with all building fire and safety codes.
Communicate regularly via electronically and verbally to pass along information to the next shift and/or maintenance department for follow-up and/or awareness.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a 3rd shift, full time opportunity, working primarily 10:00pm to 6:30am, weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements
High School graduate with additional technical training in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, tiling, pools, and/or plumbing preferred
Minimum of two years experience in a skilled trade position
Must be a motivated tradesmen capable of working independently with little supervision
