WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll:
Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations while ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
Establish standards and procedures to associates including safety, usage of chemicals, cleaning, and storage to ensure adherence to internal controls and regulations.
Create schedules by monitoring the occupancy levels and assign daily tasks and communicate goals to the team.
Oversee team to ensure that all rooms are cleaned in a timely manner.
Stay informed on all guests concerns, questions, and complaints.
Manage the purchase and control of the housekeeping inventory, including guests supplies, cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens.
Assist in hiring and interviewing for any open housekeeping positions.
WHAT IT TAKES
High school diploma
At least two years of related work experience
Excellent customer service and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Effective communicator
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
