We Are Hiring: Job Title: Regional Clinical Director Surgical Services

Location: Ascension Hospitals - All Saints, St. Francis and Franklin
City, State: Racine, St. Francis and Franklin, WI
Hours/Work Schedule: Full-time. Days.
Primarily M-F schedule but may need to adjust to activity of Surgical Services as well as evening events or meetings.
What You Will Do: Direct services, workflow and resources for assigned nursing area.
Develop departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
Direct clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan development, service level determination, patient visits, and complaint management.
Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
Prepare and monitor budgets and ensure that assigned nursing area operates within allocated funds.
Coordinate and direct internal and externally-driven audits.
What You Will Need: Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Current home state license, if considered multi-state/Compact State, also accepted.
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing, required.
Master's prepared.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience having led a Surgical Services Department.
5-7 years of Surgical Services leadership experience required.
10 years of leadership experience in an Surgical Services setting is strongly preferred.
