Job Description:

We Are Hiring: 7p-7a

What You Will Do: Perform computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury according to protocols established by radiologists.

  • Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medication within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity.
  • Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted.
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
What You Will Need: Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 15 Months (1 1/4 year) of hire date or job
    transfer date required.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    * BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
