*Description*

This is a newly created position and will report directly to the Principal of the firm and have a high level of interaction with other executives. As the Director of Human Resources & Process Management, your ability to think strategically, execute tactically and collaborate across many teams and levels and situations to enable company growth will be chief to this role. This will be achieved by partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR initiatives focusing on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, D&I, and more. Responsibilities include:

Organizational Effectiveness
* Plan, develop, organize, and execute the company's HR strategy
* Leverage data analytics to drive advanced HR insights and performance
* Build, iterate, and implement the employee training program and digital learning management system
* Lead organizational / departmental process design and procedural adherence through digital process tool development, employee engagement, results communication, and process adoption / adherence

HR Expertise
* Partner with senior leadership to support and deliver effective employee advocacy, career path support, recruiting execution, and leadership development training and programs.
* Create and launch initiatives focused on performance management leveraging data and technology tools that help monitor and optimize staff performance
* Conduct employee performance reviews, approve payroll for interdepartmental employees, manage employment contracts, and resolve employee issues while ensuring the Company is in compliance and ensuring that the appropriate number and type of people are hired to meet current and emerging needs.
* Measure, track, and analyze the effectiveness of diversity & inclusion initiatives and predict future trends in our inclusion efforts

Program Development
* Instill a culture of purpose alignment, accountability, team cohesion, support / appreciation, and high standards of performance
* Leverage productivity tools to ensure process adherence and to monitor productivity data analytics
* Demonstrate diagnostic and situation assessment skills using various methods (asking the right questions, surveying, focus groups, interviews) to quickly uncover root cause, needs and real issues using data to inform possible solutions
* Bring in the right internal or external resources to ensure organizational needs are addressed while being able to work through conflicting priorities
*Experience and Skills:*
* Completed a Bachelor's degree and demonstrated interest in continuing education (SPHR, CA, or other Senior HR Certification)
* Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in Human Resources; Real Estate industry preferred
* Experience of 3+ years leading and executing Performance Management processes leveraging technology to manage programs such as talent assessments & reviews, succession planning, and career pathing
* Experience building and leading company-wide HR initiatives
* Ability to execute in ambiguous situations and take the lead without explicit instructions
* Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to large groups and very senior levels of management
* Demonstrated background in coaching leaders, performance management.
* Exhibit a high degree of integrity, credibility, curiosity, and results orientation
* Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business, organizational, and cultural drivers
