The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Maintenance department has current openings for a Maintenance Technician with a speciality in plumbing to perform plumbing related tasks, as well as a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of grounds, office facility and equipment.
Be Ready To:
handle basic plumbing related fixes or issues within the building and grounds
perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
repair articles of furniture such as cabinets, chairs, fixtures and office equipment
operate various hand and power tools
move and reconfigure many types of office furniture systems
seasonal maintaining of landscaping, grounds, driveways and parking lots; including removal of snow and ice
Qualification:Be Equipped With:
plumbing knowledge and experience
good mechanical aptitude
troubleshooting skills using instruction manuals, blueprints and necessary tools
exceptional customer service while interacting directly with the customer
experience with indoor and outdoor maintenance work
ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
