Seeking dynamic Digital Designer with apparel experience to focus on our CHAMPION line. This is an iconic brand that is over a century old and is experiencing a tremendous renaissance with consumers of all ages!
You'll provide concept, design and produce graphics for the CHAMPION e-coommerce site and assist with other HBI e-commerce lines (Hanes.com, JMS.com, OneHanePlace.com, Maidenform.com): websites, emails, digital banners, social posts.
Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, you'll work closely with marketing teams for each brand, merchandising teams, Front-end IT developers, Brand creative services and outside agencies as needed.
Responsibilities
Serves as creative lead for website and associated emails and banners--creative development, production and execution
Manages multiple assignments, requiring high level of organization and coordination Average Volume/Month: 3-4 Website Refreshes, 40-50 Emails, 15 Digital Banners
Works closely with Sr. Creative Manager and B2C marketing teams in the development and evaluation of objectives
Serves as liaison between Creative and IT Front End Development teams to insure final consumer communication is correct
Initiates Image/Asset Creation
--Initiates image creation with S3 Mgr. and insures images are available to launch --Works with outside sources to secure images as needed
Monitors project status to insure timeline adherence
Tracks and monitors photography usage
Assists/coordinates still life photography if needed
As needed, create non-digital creative assets (coupons, postcards, catalogs) to support website
Supervises external designers as needed
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
4-6 years of experience in digital/website design
Related degree or equivalent work experience
Required Skill Set :
Proven expertise in computer design including these software packages:
Working knowledge of UX/UI, basic web languages (HTML, XML, CSS), SEO, ADA, Video & Motion Graphics
Strong knowledge of basic design principles; layout, typography, color theory and aesthetic design concepts
Proven strong project and time management experience and high level of organization and multi-project workflow coordination
Ability to supervise internal/external designers
Excellent attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
