As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for Tier 1 level support for end users on TMS applications. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Engages with operations teams to assist them in the best use logistics software.


• Assists with process and feature roll outs in coordination with other teams


• Investigate and resolve issues by taking corrective actions or contacting the correct group.


• Performs basic application troubleshooting by reviewing data and logs


• Provides detailed problem reports to engineering to resolve technical issues.


• Works with product and engineering teams on feature recommendations to will reduce support cases


• Makes configuration changes to change system behavior


• Resolves problems by making data-related changes as needed.


• Creates and maintains user and support documentation

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 1 year of technical experience in support of applications.


• Experience with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to communicate effectively and translate IT speak to what end users can understand


• Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources.


• Ability to perform complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems.


• Ability to develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results.


• Aptitude to compose thorough and detailed written technical documentation, procedures, manuals, etc.
