Strategy, Delivery, Innovation (SDI) and Shared Services is responsible for agile transformation, group portfolio delivery, group business process management, Global Program Office and project prioritization. SDI Delivery & Shared Services provides digital delivery for all consumer CEOs and project/portfolio management services, governance support and business process support for the SDI organization. In addition, we support the Risk Programs for the group.   In support of the customer-centric-based structure using the Customer Journey Delivery, our delivery teams have been aligned to support Customer Journeys. Our goal around organizing into Customer Journeys is to raise the bar on delivery execution, increasing efficiency and velocity of our teams. The Customer Journey structure will provide flexibility to pivot within Journey teams, in pursuit of opportunities and solutions that enhance the experiences for each customer and realize value to the company.

The Innovation Group is looking for a Content Strategist/Storyteller to help us tell our story. Our team is developing a new understanding of the value of financial services in our customer's lives, and the role Wells Fargo plays in. • Collaborate with technical SMEs and executive leadership to source content
• Research and harvest content from third party, secondary research
• Create clear and precise communications, including internal and external presentations, white papers, digital communications
• Create drafts, storyboards, and supporting content across varied media (video, digital/web properties, animation, etc.)
• Collaborate with Creative Director on creating templates and tools to guide content producers
• Provide editorial oversight for project outputs
• Collaborate with PMO and project team to build storytelling practices, content development components into project lifecycle; support and encourage content development
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff, Communications/PR team to maintain editorial calendar
• Organize and lead collaborative session to identify and generate content
• Organize and lead internal workshops to build storytelling skills and practices
• Understand and apply brand requirements, enforce brand compliance
• Support in-product copy production as necessary

Location:  San Francisco, CA

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
  • 5+ years of experience with storytelling across social media, internal and digital channels
  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing digital communication content and plans
  • 5+ years of experience editing and writing content for corporate intranets and other internal channels
  • 2+ years of video production experience

  • 5+ years content strategy and copy writing experience

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
