Strategy, Delivery, Innovation (SDI) and Shared Services is responsible for agile transformation, group portfolio delivery, group business process management, Global Program Office and project prioritization. The Innovation Group is looking for a Content Strategist/Storyteller to help us tell our story. • Collaborate with technical SMEs and executive leadership to source content • Research and harvest content from third party, secondary research • Create clear and precise communications, including internal and external presentations, white papers, digital communications • Create drafts, storyboards, and supporting content across varied media (video, digital/web properties, animation, etc.) • Collaborate with Creative Director on creating templates and tools to guide content producers • Provide editorial oversight for project outputs • Collaborate with PMO and project team to build storytelling practices, content development components into project lifecycle; support and encourage content development • Collaborate with Chief of Staff, Communications/PR team to maintain editorial calendar • Organize and lead collaborative session to identify and generate content • Organize and lead internal workshops to build storytelling skills and practices • Understand and apply brand requirements, enforce brand compliance • Support in-product copy production as necessary
Location: San Francisco, CA
10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
5+ years of experience with storytelling across social media, internal and digital channels
5+ years of experience creating and executing digital communication content and plans
5+ years of experience editing and writing content for corporate intranets and other internal channels
2+ years of video production experience
