Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Individuals in this position must:
Possess efficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and file management.
Be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
Respond to inquiries and provide information about Lamb Weston rules, policies, regulations or procedures within functional area(s).
Receive, review, ensure the accuracy and completeness of, compile and/or maintain data, documents, files, time records and records;
Administer functions such as filing, fielding calls, replacement scheduling, vendor & contractor communications and other tasks/communications as directed.
Enter and/or retrieve data from information or other computerized recordkeeping systems;
Prepare correspondence and spreadsheets;
Assist customers and/or employees in person, by phone or other correspondence
Perform related duties as required.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. College courses or degree preferred, but not required.
Language Skills
Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions and follow directions in English. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is desired, but not required.
