Due to continued growth and expansion of our Environment Business in the Northeast, we are seeking a Regional Market Leader who will be an integral part of the regions' ever-expanding Environment business. As Regional Market Leader, you will work collaboratively with our General Manager, Regional Operations Leader and Regional Business Development Leader to design and execute a strategy to increase GHD's market share of private & public sector clients across the Region.
Primary responsibilities for the role will include:
Assist in critical Northeast Environment business development initiatives
Ensure a coordinated approach to maintaining client management systems, capturing regular contact and meetings with key clients
Manage GHD's client contact plan for key project positioning efforts
Manage project capture plans, coordination of proposal preparation and activities
Client relationship management for all active projects
Provide support on environmental project opportunities across the Northeast
Participation at client functions, social events and conferences in networking with existing and emerging client contacts
Promote corporate participation at technical conferences and provide senior guidance and review for key technical conference papers generation
For success in this position, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology or similar technical field
Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in the delivery of environmental projects
Professional licensure a plus but not required (i.e. PE or PG)
A strong technical background and experience in resourcing, leading and delivering projects is beneficial for this role
Proven track record in project execution and marketing in the Northeast region
Excellent relationship management skills and a real passion for developing people
Strong focus on client service
