JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Digital Sales Support Lead will help build and maintain customer relations with our strategic accounts that typically involve an international partner or major global accounts. This role will also be the lead technical contact for customers of our digital platform (RiskTrade). We seek a professional who will support the development of processes and partner with commercial teams to execute digital growth strategies. In this role, you will assess our customer needs and suggest appropriate services and solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    Deliver our digital offerings by providing in depth technical advice, product demonstrations and training to customers, territory leaders and distributors, while also owning product insight to improve value of offerings.
•    Create demand for products and services by raising their profile with customers.
•    Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
•    Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with internal stakeholders, to understand and meet their needs.
•    Execute sales plans with strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
•    Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
•    Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

•    Minimum of four years of related work experience
•    Fluent in English, as well as in Spanish or Portuguese 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Six years of related work experience
•    Previous experience with digital trading tools and technology
•    Proficiency of derivatives and OTC
•    Interest in and aptitude for technology
•    Ability to remain calm under pressure in a frequently changing environment
