Assists and expedites office documentation and tasks concerning Transfers and freight connection via inland trucking, Air Interline partners, or Ocean partners. Maintaining Customs compliance with all shipments being transferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following:
Assist with the preparation of entry documentation and information in accordance with U.S. Customs Service regulations, and regulations of other federal agencies.
Assists with the transmission of the flight data through the automated manifest system (AMS) to U.S. Customs for flight release.
Ensures prompt assistance with freight documentation processing, which includes stamping, filing, recording in the Amerijet system, and distributed according to the destination of the cargo.
Assists with the communication of all freight discrepancies to U.S. Customs.
Ensures prompt assistance to control the accuracy of the inventory, storage, delivery, and transfers of the freight entering the United States territory.
Solves any discrepancy found and generates a manifest discrepancy report (MDR).
Reviews and corrects if needed the accessorial charges.
Assists with customer's freight notifications and local deliveries of cargo and accept payments.
Updates the automated manifest system (AMS) and proof of delivery (POD) when needed.
Process airway bills and provide warehouse loading instructions for ATC Pharma shipments.
Facilitate the interline booking of ATC Pharma shipments.
Ensure ACMS update for ATC Pharma Movement.
Ensure booking for inland and airline partners are complete and up to date.
Meet cut-offs for freight being transferred.
Provide internal and external customers with email follow up and requirements.
Dispatch drivers according to cut off a priority.
Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION:
Import Interline Experience is a plus.
AMS experience is a plus
Have a Valid Florida Driver's license
SKILLS:
MS Office / MS Teams
Understanding of basic business principles
Excellent communication skills
Must have good numeric skills
Able to maintain a safe driving record
Hazmat awareness
Pharma awareness
Be able to successfully pass training in the classroom, CBT, or video formats
