Purpose of the Role

 

The Sr HRIS and Integrations Analyst is responsible for activities that support the CRH Global HRIS Talent Application (SAP SuccessFactors) as well as Enterprise talent data, reporting, integrations and other cloud-based applications.  You will be responsible for optimizing system processes and analytics, researching and implementing new or expanded functionality, troubleshooting, data integrity, maintenance, testing and configuration, integration support, roles and security, 2nd line support & problem resolution (1st line support is handled by local administrators), documentation and training.  The position can be located in either Atlanta, GA or Rochester, NY.  

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

 


  • Serve as a subject matter expert on existing SuccessFactors system capabilities and potential system changes; plan, organize, and implement routine maintenance and upgrades

  • Support data integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Third-Party applications

  • Business process design and alignment

  • Produce HR reporting/analytics/visualizations/KPI’s on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis using various datasets within and outside of SuccessFactors

  • Provide first response support to HR business partners and local administrators utilizing SAP SuccessFactors (Performance Management, Succession Management, Learning, Development, Recruiting, Employee Central, Compensation)

  • Configure and maintain system security and permissions

  • Partner with the HR/Talent Management and IT teams across CRH to ensure data integrity

  • Troubleshoot and implement (break-fix) solutions

  • Project management and support

  • Provide insight into HRIS trends, best practices for short-term and long-term solutions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and communication

  • Assess client’s needs for product development issues when applicable

  • Design, develop, and maintain proper end-user system support documentation

  • Liaise with local HR and business stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure SuccessFactors and other HRIS tools can meet current and future business needs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience

 


  • Required Experience:


    • 5+ years HRIS Implementation and project management with Cloud based solutions

    • SAP SuccessFactors learning, recruiting, EC and compensation strongly desired.

    • Third Party HR data integrations and API’s.  SAP CPI strongly desired.

    • HRIS system technical and customer support experience

    • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), and other analytical and database tools such as Tableau

    • Working with large, disparate datasets



  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field desired
