Accounts Payable Specialist II at Beta Technologies in SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vermont

Job Description:

The ideal AP candidate will be skilled in handling the financial processing that supports a growing company. The AP Specialist will be required to perform accounting and clerical duties related to receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and able to work efficiently with vendors, employees, customers, etc. Candidate should have a passion for organization and follow through.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.


• Ability to work with a team with varying levels of experience and be self-sufficient when given specific tasks.


• Demonstrated experience with accounting and clerical duties in relation to AP, payroll, and expense reporting.


• Ability to produce efficient and accurate processes for these accounting and clerical duties.


• 
  Familiarity with: Google G-Suite including Drive, Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Expense Reporting Software, General Ledger Software, Payroll Systems, AP Software
