• Transports stock, mail, and other material by company vehicles.


• Moves, loads, and unloads heavy material.


• Assists in loading and unloading vehicles at loading docks.


• Required to operate company vehicle with manual transmission.


• Required to operate materials handling equipment (i.e., electric pallet mover, electric lift truck, manual lift truck, banding machines, etc.).


• Maintains a daily log of trips.


• Maintain and complete vehicle maintenance checklist.


• Palletizes material to be transported.


• Assists in putting away stock.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent is required.


• Six (6) months departmental experience.


• Must possess a valid and unrestricted Michigan Chauffer's Driver's License.


• One (1) year minimum driving experience required.


• Ability to operate a calculator, letter opening machines and metering equipment, all UPS Applications Basic knowledge of PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.


• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and clients.


• Must have knowledge of corporate mail code system, U.S. Postal Regulations, claim forms and specialized department forms.


• Must have knowledge of, corporate organizational structure, ordering stock, department policies and procedures.


• Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
