Job Description:

MJ Care was founded over 40 years with a commitment to providing high quality, ethical services to improve the lives of children with exceptional education needs in a school-based setting. We will rely on you to organize, develop and implement a school-based physical therapy program by providing services to children with exceptional educational needs and to educational staff when children require physical therapy.  You will be key in working to improve, develop, restore or maintain a child’s motor function.  School physical therapy focuses on a child's ability to move as independently as possible in the school environment. The school physical therapist evaluates the child's ability to move throughout the school and to participate in classroom activities.

Education

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Licensure/Certification

• Relevant experience preferred


• Current state license and/or certification to provide physical therapy services in good standing


• Current DPI license


• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to insured car


• Successful completion of a caregiver background check and pre-employment screen
