We are a 110 Bed Long Term Care Skilled Facility.  We are part of the National Healthcare Corporation family and provide quality healthcare and skilled nursing to the great community of Manchester, NH and its neighboring communities. We are actively seeking a  professional  Physical Therapist in providing physical therapy services for patients who require extensive rehabilitative treatment following hospitalization for neurological, or medically complex conditions. The team at Maple Leaf Health Care Center work in an interdisciplinary environment to develop individual treatment plans for every patient using evidence based treatment techniques for maximizing functional outcome.  At Maple Leaf Health Care Center, we follow the NHC philosophy of providing care in a "Better Way". Requirements:
- Must hold a current professional license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of New Hampshire
- Must have a positive attitude and be a TEAM player
- Prior Casamba , Matrix, and SNF experience a plus
