Job Description:

SUMMARY: Supervises, coordinates and maintains all floor functions of the Companys Custom Assembly Manufacturing to ensure work flow including staffing and training by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Responsible for Human Resource functions of employment, placement, training, benefits administration, personnel records maintenance, employee communications and safety.Provides payroll support by verifying all timecards for accuracy in reporting of time worked as well as time off paid.Provides liaison for Solution Group employees regarding Workmans Compensation, FMLA, etc.Responsible for addressing employee complaints; facilitates resolution.Responsible for disciplining Manufacturing employees, if needed.Responsible for Fiber Insulation & Testing.Insures Departments work-flow.Performs other duties as requested by Supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise subordinate personnel. Is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of these units.Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
