Job Purpose or Job Summary

SR IT Systems Analyst position performs requirement analysis, design, development, configuration, customization, quality assurance, project management, support and maintenance of application services. This position will closely collaborate and work with other individuals and teams within IT, and business groups to assess, define, develop and deliver end-to-end solutions and services which directly support business and IT goals at TIDI. This position must demonstrate company core values, be an agent of change, and be committed to the use of technology to create value for the customer.

Education & Experience

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Business Information Systems or Technical discipline.
Minimum (6) years of experience in an analyst role using software development life cycle processes in in-house, ERP and other acquired systems with hands-on experience in configuration, applications development, integration and maintenance of applications and databases in primarily the IBM i and Windows Operating platforms.
Good organization, project management and communication skills
Exceptional customer service and team collaboration abilities
Proven data driven analytical, evaluative, problem-solving and project execution abilities
Must be an agent of change, committed to driving a culture of quality at source, continuous improvement and fostering innovation
Prior experience in Lean cultural transformation is highly desirable
Appropriate industry experience, preferably in the field of manufacturing
