What You'll Do:
Tetra Tech is looking to add a Senior Marketing Specialist to our marketing team in our Water Division. In this role, you'll take the lead on preparing responses to complex, multi-million-dollar pursuits. The Senior Marketing Specialist must take a leadership role to guide pursuit teams through positioning and capture planning, proposal development, and interview stages. This is a dynamic position that requires strategic thinking, flexibility, planned and proactive approaches, and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high quality standards. The Senior Marketing Specialist must be able to prioritize, multi-task, function effectively under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload, and manage time efficiently.

More About This Role:

• Develop actionable strategies for specific client opportunities in advance of RFPs, including market research, opportunity tracking, and capture planning
• Review complex RFP language and develop proposal outlines to ensure compliance
• Work with technical staff in pre-positioning activities including the development of strategic messaging, identification of differentiators, and teaming organization
• Create and manage the proposal development schedule, and coordinate with technical and support staff to keep all tasks moving forward
• Work with various staff members to collect, write, and strategically edit resumes, project descriptions, firm profiles, and other content as required for proposal production
• Request, compile, and review information from teaming partners
• Coordinate development of graphics and other items to support strategic messaging
• Provide proposal layout, proofing, and quality control
• Develop dynamic visual presentations for shortlist interviews, including team preparation and coaching
• Complete proposal closeout process to capture newly created content and materials for future use
• Other duties include working with project managers, marketing management, and office staff to support day-to-day marketing and business development efforts

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of A/E/C industry marketing experience, primarily focused on proposal development
• Experience preparing large complex proposals a must (previous experience with SF330s and other government forms is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Superior organizational skills and keen attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere
• Ability to shift priorities and delegate as needed to keep all tasks on schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Adobe InDesign
