Position Summary: Responsible for negotiating new business development and enhancing profitable sales growth for WEG within Key Accounts in US, using advanced level of sales skills, industry knowledge and business acumen. Maintain and support existent businesses, recognize customer needs and drive service excellence. Expand the web of influence and foster trustful relationships with key people within WEG Business Units and Customer Organization to better execute sales strategies for long-term profitable growth.

  • 3+ years of experience of sales and technical knowledge of products related.

Primary responsibilities:

Account Management - Help on development and implementation of sales strategy including: forecasting, P&L analysis, establishing sales growth targets, resource requirements and overall sales growth objectives.

Relationship Management - Develop and expand relationships at all levels of both WEG and key accounts (executive, managerial, purchasing, engineering and operations.

Reporting - Provide periodic/timely updates to management on progress toward execution of account plans.

Technical sales - Engineering and Marketing - visit customer sites to review technical challenges and new applications for all WEG products. Identify new opportunities, technology requirements and other customer needs to bring WEG internal experts to validate and implement new businesses.

Commercial - Proposal and project management - jointly develop commercial proposals across WEG business units and negotiate contracts/projects with key accounts. Work closely with project management team and factories to prioritize and track quotation packages and provide status of existence orders.

Deliver product training.

Travel - Monthly travels to key accounts offices and plant locations in USA.
