Essential Duties
The Learning Consultant, Business Insurance will support company initiatives, colleague onboarding, and ongoing improvement through employee and provider training with a focus on Business Insurance Divisions (Property & Casualty)
Lead the onboarding process/training in conjunction with subject matter experts, to include technology solutions/navigation and work flows/processing
Develop and instruct continuous improvement training on technology solutions to include refresher courses in addition to intermediate and advanced topics
Develop teaching aids including training materials, reference materials and visual aids and various training formats; live, Zoom, recorded modules, etc.
Collaborate with the Service and Operations teams to understand roles and opportunities for training needs
Administration of regional training platform (MMA University) offerings to include content curation, adding content to the platform and managing that content once added
Qualifications
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
At least one year of experience in presenting to a diverse group
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrated impeccable follow through on projects
Requirements
High School Diploma required; Advance Degree or equivalent career experience preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance or financial services experience
Strong knowledge of technology systems such as Sagitta, ImageRight, SalesForce, Zywave, CSR24, Indio and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
