Searching for Production Workers to work in the Edwardsville, Alton area.

Location: IMC Outdoor Living - 315 Tolle Lane, Godfrey, IL 62035

2nd Shift: 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM Friday-Saturday

Pay rate/hour: $14.25, a 10-hour bonus will be paid if you work all of your scheduled weekend shifts.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to stand on their feet for 9 hours a day.
• Must be able to continuously lift 30 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, bend, push, pull and lift 30 pounds.
• Maintain a great attendance record and positive team attitude.
• Performs work as assigned by Department Supervisor.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The position involves standing and walking for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Must be able to work in an environment with a wide range of temperatures from cool to hot.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass pre-employment Drug Test.
• Prior production experience required.
