As the team leader responsible for Mobile Infrastructure, you'll lead the effort to establish our mobile development capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

 

•    Provide strategic direction and oversee associates and contractors responsible for the development and support of our digital experience.

•    Foster an inclusive, positive environment and motivated team by leading by example, demonstrating firm values and focusing on associate development and mentoring.

•    Establish and maintain effective communication, influence, and executive presence to demonstrate value and deepen understanding of our services.

•    Build strong relationships within and across teams, business areas, and vendors through active engagement, collaboration, and considerate approach. 

•    Develop, support, and align team business objectives and responsibilities with the firm's strategic direction and priorities. 

•    Lead team in identifying, developing, and implementing continuous process improvements that are sustainable and efficient.

•    Proactively network and develop successors to ensure continued development and advancement. What You'll Need

 
•    Detailed understanding of system development methodologies and processes within Information Systems.             Knowledge and Experience with Agile Methodologies preferred.
•    Understanding of established and emerging mobile enablement technologies, mobile app development lifecycle, and support.  Understanding of mobile app development and support. We support iOS and Android platforms.

•    Ability to provide direction and leadership, create strong team environment and build talent, lead and influence others either directly or indirectly.

•    Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.

•    Process-oriented focus, skilled in establishing and executing plans and able to establish metrics and monitor progress.

•    Minimum five years of experience directly related to Information Systems technology, with at least one year in team leadership role preferred.

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

•    FINRA Series 7 license required within one year of hire date.

•    Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies
