Temporary Lead Lifeguard at Hilton Global in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Job Description:

Observes guests in the pool and performs designated rescue practices as needed to ensure guest safety according to local, state and federal health and safety regulations.

What will I be doing?

As a lead lifeguard, you would be responsible for maintaining safety while continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure all guards follow all standards
  
  
• Monitor facility safety
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
  
  
• Perform general club duties, as needed
