Lead Consultant - US at Infosys in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Sales cloud - Lead Consultant with implementation experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders to lead the overall solution,  gather requirements, conduct conference room pilot, do solution  design, build functional design, coordinate system integration testing, conduct trainings and user acceptance testing. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
 
Required Qualifications:
 

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI or Green Bay, WI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.


• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree


• 7+ years of Information Technology.


• 6+ years of CRM domain with Oracle applications 


• At least 2 implementation experience with functional and technical expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud application. 


• Should have worked extensively on Sales Cloud processes including territory management, lead and opportunity  management


• Proficient in conducting CRP & Workshop sessions with client on the business process flows and requirement gathering and implementation of sales cloud .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud Applications with functional and technical expertise

o    Accounts, Contacts and Activities
o    Lead and Opportunity Management
o    Territory Management
o    Data Migration

•  PoC ideation, creation, and demonstration to client 


•  Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes, problem definition.


• Should have basic knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud Extensibility Tools including Application Composer.


•  Should have knowledge of integration approaches. Well versed with SOAP and RESTful frameworks


• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.


• Good Analytical and Communication skills and experience of working in global delivery model


• Planning and Co-ordination skills

 
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
