EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree. Two to five years real estate appraisal experience. NYS Certified General Appraisal License.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Argus. Ability to travel with Valid Driver's license.

Analyze real estate, provide valuation of real estate, review appraisals completed by outside vendor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for performing appraisals to establish market value and property rating in support of real estate lending and asset management functions. Review commercial real estate appraisal reports, ensuring that reports are in compliance with federal regulatory and bank policy guidelines. Inspect properties. Prepare detailed reports including descriptions of area and site, market data, and investment information. Maintain market knowledge of real estate values and property developments. Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.
