Senior Management Consultant – EMIS Delivery Manager at Arcadis U.S.Inc. in Seattle, Washington

Job Description:

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to serve as an EMIS Delivery Manager to join our environmental management information solutions team. Our EMIS services help our clients select enterprise technologies for their environmental health and safety and sustainability needs. This position can be based out of Seattle, WA, Houston, TX, Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA.

In this role, you will, you will partner with Project Managers and Management Consultants or serve as a Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation of EMIS solutions. You will be working on multiple projects and will be the guiding expert helping to advise our internal teams and clients on EMIS system capability and the technical solutions.

What you will own:

• Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution including configuration, implementation, and sustainment of EHS and sustainability management information systems.
• Serving as the techno-functional expert for EMIS systems (Cority, Enablon, Intelex) and advising on the system capability
• Consulting with the client on system requirements
• Configuring technical specifications and components within the EMIS solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and comprehensive documentation skills
• Ability to take responsibility for upholding quality delivery standard
• Proficient at making and delivering presentations in a professional setting
• Serve as a leader and facilitate a collaborative environment
• Managing multiple projects and priorities and ensuring requirements are documented correctly and completely
• Ability to assist in addressing conflicts between client and solution provider

• Experience with organizational design and organizational effectiveness tasks and delivery
• True collaborator and team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
• Experience with software delivery and system lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to work and network effectively in a matrix-organization
• Persistence in seeing beyond challenges, creating opportunities and influencing others to achieve goals
• Experience applying EHS concepts to management systems
• Experience with several of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems #LI-CA1

• 12 years of experience working in the EHS&S and EMIS area
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business or equivalent work experience

Full time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels a bonus program may apply.

The Salary range for this role is $91,936-$142,480 for Colorado based positions only. Other locations will vary in salary range.
