What do you get to do in this position
Ensure implementation of Industrial policy and develop the necessary skills
Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, wellbeing.
Manage the team according to Schneider Production System (SPS)/ SIM (Short Internal Management rules, support production supervisors with actions/escalations registered in the digital board (DISS) and SIM 2 meetings.
Manage the Warehouse and MPH resources versus the load according to the MPS and the customer portfolio
Manage the performance and the productivity of the Warehouse and MPH resources
Responsible for logistic department cost
Animate the Master Production Plan by analysing needs and achievements and by proposing necessary resources to put in place.
Pilot internal and external resources in order to satisfy customer needs in term of on time delivery
Lead and improve suppliers performance in term of service level, lead time and lot size.
Lead and improve plant flow performance by applying the SPS principles (Waiting queue, MPH, Pull flow, warehousing efficiency, ...)
Optimize inventories and coverage according to service level and capital employed
Manage the ranges ramp down/up and obsolescence

Accountable for KPI's - Missing parts purchased, PO commitment, (OTDC) On time delivery to customer, (OTDS) On time delivery to service, (AC2) Accuracy of 2nd commitment, , (BOL) Backorder line or customer order that has not been fulfilled, Lead Time to customers, (UHS) Unhealthy stock (Excess, Missing, Theo. Obsolete, Special Events), Inventory Days (Gross and Net Spot) & In-bound ASR Freight
Facilitate weekly demand/capacity planning team meeting, provide direction and foster collaboration among members (Production, Warehouse, Quality, Planners, buyers)
Digital citizen, promotes the use of digital platforms

This job might be for you if:
Qualifications/experience/background:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or Mechanical, Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing environment.
Project Management expertise.
APICS Certification is a plus
Experience in Supply Chain (Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Planning)
Team builder, Foster teamwork, mentor and develop team members.
Leadership skills able to influence and convince (strategic thinker)
Cross-cultural awareness.
Communication (Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally).
Ability to communicate, organize and work with Top Management, Project Managers, Sales Account Managers of VIP customers.
Strong ability to facilitate and lead meetings with business stakeholders (Project Managers, Sales Account Managers, Project coordinators, inside sales, field service managers)
