Basic Functions:

• Assists the HBS manager with coordinating projects with relation to HBS activities at site.
• Analyzes data and metrics to assist departments identify root causes and counter measures.
• Assists in performing 6S Audits and identifies areas of improvements across the site.
• Works with teams on Kaizen events related to efficiency improvements and 6S.
• Creates, develops, and maintains standard work on presses and mills.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field is advantageous with a technical degree being preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing work environment which has provided a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and rapid improvement techniques.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
