Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Support technical team in NPI (new product introduction) & production trials for OEM customers such as GE Aviation, Pratt Whitney, Rolls Royce, and others.
  • Assist in development of root cause & corrective action analysis
  • Assist technical team in data acquisition and trend analysis
  • Define and develop acceptance testing requirements for technical team review
  • Assist in the development and deployment of systems to capture end user requirements
  • Promotes, maintains, and enforces safe and healthy working conditions for all employees in accordance with regulatory requirements & Company standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field is advantageous with a technical degree being preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing work environment which has provided a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and rapid improvement techniques.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

  • Experience in high volume manufacturing preferred but not required
  • Experience with AutoCAD & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at the same time while focusing and carrying out tasks in a timely & accurate manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers and top management representatives
  • Working knowledge of DMAIC tools preferred but not required
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
