About this role…
As a DEIA Administrator, you will be in an exciting position reporting to the VP of DEIA and HR and you will be an integral member of the DEIA and HR teams. You will play a key role by providing support to the VP of DEIA and HR, assisting with the data analysis and support of NWEA's diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility strategic initiatives and programs. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive salary and an outstanding benefits package and candidates may work remotely from any location in the U.S.

Education and Experience…
Minimum bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combinations of work experience and/or education will be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum two-years' experience in Administrative role in a highly dynamic and evolving organization
