We are seeking a Member Experience Instructional Designer for the Financial Health Center Department.
The Member Experience Instructional Designer is responsible for maintaining and evaluating training content and activities that cultivate learning and skill development, enhancing retention and transfer of knowledge. The job incumbent will: design training solutions for our employees that help them masterfully navigate the technical and operational aspects of the workflow, support the transformational work of translating member stories into actionable needs and provide sensible advice by deepening member relationships, and guide members to financial health. This role is charged with aligning training solutions with Credit Human’s mission, values and brand promise.
