Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Member Advocate Specialist for the Investment Center Department.

The Licensed Member Advocate Specialist is accountable for analyzing each situation, one by one, before determining the appropriate response. It requires to use individual judgement-making and analysis to produce outputs that allow the job incumbent to deal with each particular situation and determine what needs to be done to overcome an obstacle. This role is likely to take a practical step-by step approach, bringing together and accumulating a number of pieces of information that reveal underlying, complexities, patterns, or themes.

The Licensed Member Advocate Specialist is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes related to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.

Highlights:

• Serve as the front-line voice and communication for the Investment Center to promote positive relations both internal and external – convey professional image and attitude


• Uncover and summarize both the said and the unsaid member needs by actively listening, reviewing investment goals and developing appropriate recommendations


• Maintain and improve as necessary department Access Database for pending member data


• Design and execute Member and Employee Appreciation events


• Execute member transactions, ensuring compliance with operational, security, corporate and audit processes and policies

Experience:

    Required

• 1-2 years of industry related experience

Education:

    Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Licenses & Certifications:

    Required (or able to obtain)

• NASD Series 6 or Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses


• State Life and Health License (Group 1) 

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
