The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The person hired for the position of Project Manager for Key Accounts will work with have the responsibility of working the largest and most complex of implementations.   This role will work collaboratively with a team of individuals and subject matter experts to plan and execute successful implementations.

As a Key Account Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, including ongoing engagement with the client team to ensure progress against project deadlines




• Works across multiple teams to ensure resource availability and allocation. 




• Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track and report progress.




• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.




• Report and escalate to project leaders as needed.




• Successfully manage the relationship with the client, both internal and external, and all stakeholders.




• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.




• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Client and/or Project Management experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree education requirement




• Five (5) combined years of project management and/or team leadership experience




• Five (5) years of healthcare informatics, a working knowledge of hospital billing and workflow




• Two (2) years of software support or development/IT experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of 3M HIS products




• Ability to meet timelines set in project plans, lead team to produce a high-quality deliverable




• Electronic Medical Record implementation experience or installation experience on HIM technology products




• Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology

Location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 25% travel

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
