We are looking for Sales & Customer Service Representative for an Immediate need.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and processing skills.


• Skills in handling customer complaints in a calm and polished manner.


• High attention to detail.


• High school diploma or GED.


• Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience.


• Strong Multi-tasking skills.


• Ability to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment.


• Good experience in Sales and Customer support.


• Knowledge of French or Spanish will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Follow procedure by adhering to an assigned schedule


• Address escalating customer issues according to procedure,


• Sell our portfolio to our established and new customers


• Use issue resolution and follow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with seamless coordination and communication with customers.
