• Provides "Service that Sells" to both internal and external customers by, greeting customer, validating equipment requests, placing equipment, testing equipment and educating customer.
• Responsible for the daily operation of a handheld computer (HHC) to accurately remove and place equipment impacting capital dollars.
• Processes equipment agreements and daily paperwork in accordance with SOP's.
• Pre-calls customers to confirm delivery and pick up of equipment via schedule.
• Drives a commercial Class B vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, strictly adhering to all safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet company driving standards and licensing requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication skills via phone to schedule appointments required. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be able to maintain daily work logs to include manifest, contracts, DOT log book, etc.
• Must be able to travel daily to assigned accounts. Overnight travel may be required.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned task.

• Must have mechanical aptitude and must be able to learn basic programming for monetary systems and all vending equipment.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
• Valid CDL Class B license preferred for operation of heavy equipment (or, must be able to obtain a CDL permit by the 15th business day and 45 business days from their date of hire, if CDL is not currently held).
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer skills and/or ability to learn handheld computer Hand Held Computer (HHC) preferred.
• Needs to enjoy working outside and must be a team player.

Constantly (67% - 100%) required to stand for long periods of time working with equipment. Frequently (33% - 66%) required to hold hand tools, walk, climb, sit while driving long distances to customer sites, carry, reach, pull, kneel, bend, push, crawl, and to lift up to 800 pounds with a team member. Requires the ability to work in confined spaces. Requires good eye hand coordination.

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
