Business Overview & Role Description:

The Securities Services business manages an off-balance sheet liquidity product platform in excess of $225bn. You will be part of a team responsible for managing the money market and short-term investment fund product platform and solutions in support of client business globally and in partnership with colleagues across J.P. Morgan including Prime Brokerage, Wholesale Payments, and Wholesale Payments Operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex, challenging and changing environment at one of the world's leading custodians. As an integral member of the Product team, the candidate will be actively involved in the support of the business's footprint through partnership with internal sales and service partners to ensure clients receive best in class service as well as helping drive the strategic agenda, delivering on product objectives, and financial performance of the business.

Responsibilities


  • Primary point of contact for all client inquiries related to our money market products within both Prime Services and Securities Services
  • Assisting the Sales/RM team with client specific metrics and solutions for new and existing clients
  • Engage with clients through the Sales process, ongoing relationship management and specific engagements to understand needs, present solutions and act as a trusted partner in cash solutions
  • Oversight of the onboarding of our product offering with a keen attention to details to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Obtaining and reviewing client feedback on our platform and work with our product partners to contribute to the tactical and strategic expansion of the off-balance sheet platform and solutions
  • Incorporating risk and business assessments to maintain and enhance process controls
  • Deliver against the evolving needs of the Securities Services client base and market dynamics - driven by competition, regulatory changes, emerging client requirements and product needs
  • Engage with clients through the Sales process, ongoing relationship management and specific engagements to understand needs, present solutions and act as a trusted partner in cash solutions

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in product management and/or client service within financial services
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both external and internal clients
  • Analytical and resourceful / strategic thinker
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative yet values teamwork within a small group
  • Proficiency in Office Suite
  • Series 7/63 licensing required

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree required
