Role and Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-home sales presentations that are informative, accurate and persuasive.


• Accurately enter new lead information in the Company’s CRM system when leads are assigned.


• Accurately log results of each customer interaction in the Company’s CRM system.


• Meet and exceed monthly / yearly goals.


• Coordinate with other team members and departments to maximize opportunities and better serve the customer.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 5 years in independent sales role.  


• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.


• Superb service skills – you’re patient, attentive and kind.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products and capable of learning Company’s CRM system


• Experience in residential remodeling and restoration is helpful, but not necessary.  


• Team Player – willing to cooperate and coordinate with others.


• Valid Driver’s license

The ideal candidate is also consultative, friendly, a good listener, good with numbers and able to read a tape measure.  

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel to customer homes is required.

Physical Requirements

Must be capable to driving to customer location and unloading and reloading sample products for demonstration purposes.
