Here's your opportunity:

As a Molder, you will be responsible for filling molds with mixed material and applying the material to a specified thickness. This position will clean all equipment and molds and remove the finished products at the correct temperature before that product is placed in heat treatment.


Here's how you'll contribute:

· Basic understanding of required equipment setups
· Adequate within applicable computer & scanning operations
· Places tubes, inserts and tongues into the mold
· Mold and part number recognition
· Proficient in scrap out procedures
· Responsible for safely rigging and operating the cranes
· Knowledge of quality standards of each mold
· Acquires and reads blueprints
· Basic understanding of demolding each part
· Completes Industrial Lift Truck certifications (as needed)
· Meets productivity expectations
· Knowledge of proper hazardous waste disposal
· Proficient understanding of department specific tools
· Knowledge of inventory and parts replenishment system
· Follows bill of materials and prints shop papers


Here's why we want you:

High school diploma or General Education Diploma graduate (courses in Industrial Arts preferred), and one (1) to three (3) plus years of general shop experience required; or equivalent combination of education and training. Experience working specifically in the composite industry is required.

Ability to acquire necessary skills and knowledge of composite molding and assembly techniques and procedures.
