MONDAY - FRIDAY, DAYSHIFT WORK SCHEDULE, WITH EVENING/WEEKEND ON-CALL ROTATION

As a Unit Coordinator at Braden River Rehabilitation Center, a well established 5 star facility, facilitating the interdisciplinary team and coordination of care and for residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This position will manage all clinical staff while on shift, in conjunction with other Unit Manager(s) and the DON. You will enjoy a Monday – Friday work schedule on dayshift with on call rotation (evening and weekend) as needed. Qualifications:

• Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure in the state of enter state required.

• One (1+) years of experience in a Long Term Care SNF setting required.

• One (1) + years prior supervisory experience preferred
