Sales Support Associate Position Overview: The Sales Support Associate works closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure accurate files are maintained, materials are prepared and sent on time, mail is distributed on a timely basis, and office facilities are professionally maintained. Position Responsibilities
Manage Regional Group Office General Email Box and Experience Reports
Maintain proprietary system records
Manage broker firm and producer changes as they relate to broker changes, broker firm mergers & acquisitions, etc.
Provide backup support for rating/quoting activities
Assist with the licensing and appointment of new brokers
You have: Qualifications
High school degree with previous administrative experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels
Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
Critical thinking skills and analytical skills
Ability to adapt to change and learn new technology
Ability to work independently and strong work ethic
Computer proficiency in MS Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Salesforce preferred
Ability to represent Guardian in a professional manner
