What You'll Do: As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will independently set up and execute acceptance testing for software changes and enhancements that support our personal lines of business. If you are forward thinking and embrace changes in technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! No two days are the same, so it's important to be adaptable and flexible as you will have other duties as assigned. Duties include:
Evaluating Business Requirements for testing conditions and scenarios.
Developing test plans and test cases for system and regression testing of various systems.
Executing test cases for project and production support activities.
Reporting defects and communicate updates and status.
Reporting testing progress to project leadership.
Communicating with Business Owner on grooming and prioritizing of requirements for sprints/releases.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
High school diploma or equivalent plus three years relevant experience required. Associates degree preferred.
High attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be deadline driven and able to manage multiple tasks, as well as be flexible and able to shift priorities.
Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees are required.
Strong computer skills are required in order to quickly learn our multiple systems. Advanced knowledge of word-processing and spreadsheet applications preferred.
